Mike Henry

Mike Henry has always been a snob. There was a time
he was not the unattractive bloat he is today; and
his aspirations were obvious.

The insertion of Bruce Golding as deputy leader
had not been a problem, for there is no mandate
that the deputy fills the leader's shoes.

What Mike Henry might have assumed in 2007 has
not been without benefit. He has done well for
himself and has decided to seise the time.

Y2K, that jumble of young politicians, find
it difficult to maintain the 'Party Line'.

Their leader, Golding, seems to be a pathological
liar. One does not know, when taking to their bed
on a Monday, if the constructs they were fed will
survive on a Tuesday.

Many of the 'Stalwarts', Horace Chang, Ken Baugh
Karl Samuda have held their positions, trying
to keep out of the line of fire.

Henry has maneuvered Y2K to begin peeling them
as the skin of a banana leaving Bruce naked.

Horace Chang was unceremoniously dumped from his
Party Post, Samuda and Baugh forced to step down
to allow new blood.

The purge of the JLP can not go unnoticed.

One suspects that the next call for Golding's
resignation will come with Henry well entrenched
to take leadership; at least for a short time.
