Wasn't Me

Although Bruce Golding is the Prince of Liars,
he is merely an average Jamaican.

Lying has become our standard and Shaggy's song
is more relevant as the National Anthem.

The funny thing about lying is that it proves
fear.

The famous "Truth Serum" is really a
chemical that removes all fear.

Because cowards lie.

Cowards will lie about everything.

Bruce Golding and his Dwarfs lie when to admit
would lead to no more than; 'oh.'

He could have told the public, in September 2009;

"America has asked for the Extradition of Chris
Coke, but I'm going to see if there is a legal
way to prevent that, because I need him here."

Coke's companies holds Six Hundred Million Dollars
of Tax Payer's Dollars for Construction.

Coke's companies got the tenders. Sure, it wasn't
fair, it was a pay off for support, but still,
Coke's companies hold the contracts.

This latest Wikileak about a meeting between the
Mayor, Desmond MacKenzie and U.S. representatives
where he tells them of the service Coke performs
in Kingston is obviously true.

It is true in two senses; it is true that the
Mayor met with these Reps, and what he told them
is true.

The reason people can function downtown, run
businesses, go to religious worship, is because
of the Security provided by Zekes and Dudus,
then, when Zekes went to prison, by Dudus
alone.

There is no robbery downtown. If something
is missing, a message to Dudus or his agent
will have it returned.

Where uptown they pay Wagenhut or Atlas, or
Nighthawk; downtown we give a man a money or
we sponsor an event.

When the BBC called me in May I told them of
the service Chris Coke performs downtown.
It is not a secret, it is not something I
am uncomfortable with.

This is Jamaica, this is reality.

That Mackenzie is afraid of it, that he
will lie about it, only lowers him in
the eyes of those who must look at him.

Every one knows the truth.

Whether a church or a clothing store,
whether a law office or a lunch counter
it is cheaper, safer and more effective
to hire the youth as your security guard
and deduct his pay from your Income Tax
then to waste money on some Security Firm.

Why Doesn't MacKenzie, erstwhile Mayor of
Kingston, admit that he said these things
to the U.S.?

Cowardice.

He is, as his master Bruce, afraid of the
truth.

What makes him such a fool is that he is
fully aware of the 'Street People Scandal'
which never would have gotten a minute's
note if someone had admitted the fact--
mad people were moved from the Tourist
Mecca and dumped near the mud lake where
they could be just as mad but outside
of the public eye.

It would be nice if someone in the JLP could
grow a pair of balls, or rent some, and
when confronted with the truth...

"Yes, I gave the order."
"Yes, I said that."

Instead of "I have no recollection of..."

I used to respect the Mayor, not any more...
let him go sing Shaggy's song.

Murdering Freedom of the Press

The new legislation to deal with defamation
is directed at me; and those like me, who
use the Internet to put out information
which would never be permitted in our
local newspapers.

The Internet had been the one place where
'Leaks' (ala Wikileaks) could exist as
the press in most 'Free' countries is
owned by vested interests.

The Interests are not honestly PNP or JLP
the interests are Pocket. Everything
that advances Pocket is good, anything
that interferes with Pocket is bad.

The Press never broke the story of how
Bruce Golding protected Chris Coke from
extradition and lied about it. And lied
about it....
this was broken, as all scandals in Jamaica
are; by the Opposition on the floor of
Parliament.

Parliament has absolute priviledge anything
one says on the floor of Parliament, no
matter what, is not actionable.

This is why our 'journalists' are reduced
to 'reporting' what was said, not by saying
it; no leak, no break, no fact is exposed
by newspapers until after exposed on the
floor of Parliament.

Those who dare to leak even a little bit of
dirt are excoriated and threatened.

And threats in Jamaica always carry the
possibility of death.

The reason why Jamaican politicians want
legislation to stop people as myself from
writing is the lack of control.

If I were at a newspaper my editor would
be requested to not publish. If I were
on the radio, my plug would be pulled.

Here on the Internet, no one can stop me
from writing what I chose.

Hence the Government of Jamaica must pass
laws to silence me. Me and those like me,
who still have working brains and can
actually add 2+ 2.

A fantastic job has been done on the
Jamaican people.

Taking them from where they were in 1970
when schools, even University were really
free, where health care was really free
and where the salaries for Parliamentarians
were as great as that for the average
High School Principal, to the point where
schools teach nothing and the majority
leaves as illiterate as when they entered,
where 'free' health care is less useful than
getting advice online, and where salaries
for Parliamentarians, plus perqs make it
a job for the greedy.

Due to the wholesale dumbing down of
the Jamaican population, a great many
things tend to slip by and the ability
to add 2 + 2 is a lost art.

There is no question that Chris Coke
was Golding's campaign manager.
No question that Coke 'controlled'
Tivoli, Golding's constituency.

There may be difficulty in proving
that Coke 'ran' the Shower posse
in the United States, and that actions
done by the Shower posse can be proven
beyond a reasonable doubt to be
attributable to him.

But that is for a court in NYC to
decide.

That Golding did all he could do and
then some to prevent the extradition,
including hiring a legal firm, and
has continually lied about his
connection to Coke is no surmise.

That Jamaican politicians have
encouraged and benefited from the
drug trade is known by most people
but never said. Never said due to
the likelihood that the speaker
would be found dead.

Keeping reality on the other side
of information given to the public
by controlling the media has always
been useful to those who exert power.

The problem of the Internet is that
anyone can post anything anywhere.

Suddenly, every person who has access
to the Internet can enter information
about events in their country, events
which run counter to 'official'
statements and policies.

The world is suddenly given an insight
into what is really happening.

Blocking the Internet is the next step.

Arresting Assange for 'sexual misconduct'
when the world knows he is being arrested
for publishing factual information that
'Free' nations do not wish the public to
know, is only the first step.

Soon enough there will be more stringent
measures taken to limit what can be published
on the Internet; such as this first law on
'defamation' in Jamaica.

It is not about 'defamation' it is about
truth. It is about preventing the world
from knowing what is really going on in
Jamaica.

Cops Don't Need You and Expect the Same

A Couple from Canada, were on the beach.
When they came back to their car, found
it had been broken into and everything
they had was stolen.

They now make the biggest mistake, next
to coming to Jamaica; they go to the Police.

The Police in Jamaica have negative value.
They are not just useless.

It is like asking a pedophile to help you
find a lost child.

By going to the police they did not
merely waste six hours of their time
they annoyed those who have a license
to kill.

Subsequently, the couple went to the Tourist
Board in Kingston and fortunately encountered
TVJ which carried their story.

Senior Police officers who spend most
of their time on top of other people's
wives (or husbands as is becoming more
prevalent) do not like the public to
appreciate the facts concerning their
unmanaged Police stations.

The fact Senior Officers give the so
called 'rank and file' no effective
leadership ought not be publicised,
or else the 'high command' might move
them from comfortable perches to not
so comfortable duties.

After TVJ carries the story, and it gains
national attention that visitors to the
island were robbed then spent six useless
hours in a police station, being treated as
if they were guilty of some offense, the
'Officer in Charge' claims to know nothing
about it.

Actually, I do believe he knows nothing
about it.

Kakistocracies can only function when the
police force is totally corrupt.

It can not be a 'minority' of corrupt or
incompetent members, it must be the
overwhelming majority which ensures that
their performance only serves vested interests.

Members of the JCF who are not totally corrupt
must be silent and by their inaction
facilitate corruption.

Those who run businesses in Jamaica avoid
all contact with the Jamaican Constabulary
Force. They hire their private security,
whether a listed company or the more useful
'dons' of the area.

The purpose of the JCF is to facilitate
state terror. If they are not deployed
to invade a community, to murder citizens
and to remove political opponents, they
have no function to perform.

Reporting crimes to the police is a waste
of time.

Firstly, the police are very annoyed when
you disturb them. Hence, whomever calls
the police is automatically wrong.

Secondly, they have absolutely no ability
to deal with activities such as investigation,
crime, or whatever officially falls into their
portfolio.

The Canadian couple can not be surprised that
they would be robbed, for after all this is
Jamaica. I suppose they were unprepared for
the lack of response from the police.

They've learned.

Wikileaks Reaches Jamaica

The Jamaican Government is involved in Drug
Trafficking.

Is there anyone surprised?

Is there anyone with two living brain cells
who didn't know?

Is there anyone who needed Wikileaks to
reveal the Cables from the US and Cuba
concerning the participation and protection
by the Jamaican Government,
the Jamaica Labour Party Government,
of drug smuggling and smugglers?

Is there anyone who thought that drugs could
leave Jamaica and be transported to the US
without some protection by the Government?

Bruce Golding has been declared a
criminal associate of Dudus. Dudus, who
was in charge of the Shower Posse.

This was determined after evidence was presented
to the Grand Jury convened in NYC.

Unlike Jamaica, America tends to gather evidence,
present it to a Grand Jury, before formulating
a charge.

If the evidence is strong enough, then charges
can be laid, and arrests made.

Hence to have claimed Golding was a Criminal
Associate of Dudus arose after presentation
of cogent evidence.

Golding, who has lost all touch with reality
bleated about suing ABC, unaware that the
report was made after the evidence was
gathered.

Golding is like the guy caught on top of
another woman who will deny being unfaithful.
Being a pathological liar, he actually believes
what he says to be true.

Does it require a leap of logic to conclude
that Bruce Golding, who spent from August
2009 to May 2010 protecting Dudus, fighting
extradition, is involved in the drug trade?

No.

The Shower Posse is very much in control of
the drug trade; which is why Bruce was
protecting Dudus.

That these Cables and reports from Wikileaks
are clear and there is no question of their
veracity, what will Golding do?

He will appoint a 'commission' of toadies
to 'investigate' the charges.

The mind dead Labourite lumpen has been working
overtime trying to connect events to some point
in the past when the PNP made up the Government.

As is usual in this pathology, blaming others
for ones own actions is standard.

Years from now, this period of time will be
seen as electing Al Capone mayor of Chicago.

Right now of course, it is lie upon fabrication
upon denial, hoping that the Jamaican public
is as stupid as it seems.

Bruce will wear that innocent look on his face,
blathering lie after lie, which will be lapped
up by the Labourite zombies.

What is so fascinating is not that Bruce is
a criminal associate of Dudus, nor that he
and his government are intimately involved in
drug trafficking.

This is simple logic.

What is so fascinating is how those who have
long since sacrificed their minds on the alter
of Bruce try so hard to blame the PNP which
is not in power.

When the names of those involved are released,
the actual names, (currently the front runners
in the pool are Vaz, Robertson, and Henry...but
this is the early betting...) Golding will sacrifice
them. Golding will sacrifice anyone and anything
to protect himself.

Despite witnessing Bruce's sacrifice of a
sycophant like Harold Brady, the massacre of
his own constituents, his selling of Dudus,
the Labourite Lumpen do not believe that
he will sell them too.

But he will.

Mike Henry

Mike Henry has always been a snob. There was a time
he was not the unattractive bloat he is today; and
his aspirations were obvious.

The insertion of Bruce Golding as deputy leader
had not been a problem, for there is no mandate
that the deputy fills the leader's shoes.

What Mike Henry might have assumed in 2007 has
not been without benefit. He has done well for
himself and has decided to seise the time.

Y2K, that jumble of young politicians, find
it difficult to maintain the 'Party Line'.

Their leader, Golding, seems to be a pathological
liar. One does not know, when taking to their bed
on a Monday, if the constructs they were fed will
survive on a Tuesday.

Many of the 'Stalwarts', Horace Chang, Ken Baugh
Karl Samuda have held their positions, trying
to keep out of the line of fire.

Henry has maneuvered Y2K to begin peeling them
as the skin of a banana leaving Bruce naked.

Horace Chang was unceremoniously dumped from his
Party Post, Samuda and Baugh forced to step down
to allow new blood.

The purge of the JLP can not go unnoticed.

One suspects that the next call for Golding's
resignation will come with Henry well entrenched
to take leadership; at least for a short time.

Disaster Prepardness Pot Pie

There are times in life when I wish I was
exaggerating. When I wish what sounds so
funny wasn't true.

Tomas is coming. Whether it will be
devastating as Nicole or worse, or no
more that a heavy rain, is not known.

It is not known not just to the average
person but to the subhuman morons in charge
of the Office of Disaster Preparedness,
Red Cross and everyone else who is hired
and paid to deal with Emergencies.

This is because those hired and paid rely
on unpaid community people.

Community people who are expected to pay
their own bus fare, pay for their own
cell calls, pay for any materials they
need out of their own pocket.

While those who are paid know absolutely
nothing about the area they are 'in charge
of', the people who know, the unpaid
volunteers are given meaningless titles
without resources and left to their
own devices.

And when the storm comes, those paid persons
are safely inside a strong walled building,
where they can 'monitor' the storm.

As Digicel cuts out with a rain, and
most people have Digicel phones,
there will be NO communication.

Further...communicate what?

Yesterday, at a meeting at the Red Cross
Not One Person employed to the Red Cross
was connected to the Internet monitoring
the storm.

Not one person had a radio or T.V. on.
Not one.

Desiring to know the position of the storm
I slipped into an office, turned on a
computer, but it had no Internet connection.

The Red Cross, responsible for people's lives,
has no clue what is going on.

And those who 'advise' government are in the
same boat. They rely on the 'Weather Channel'
which is less accurate than Grandma Rose's
bunions.

As I follow the storm on Boatus and knowing how
to track, people ring me up to ask the questions
that the 'disaster prepardness people' should
be asked. But they don't know.
I do.

They only know where the storm is when they
were told two hours ago by someone who isn't
very interested.

This gal, she could be the receptionist at
Linda's hair parlour or serving in Paul's shop.
What she knows about monitoring
storms would fit in a thimble.

The community people, those on the road,
those monitoring shelters, they have
drops of 'training' but are more interested
in the free stuff than anything else.

When their phones stop working, because they
run out of credit, or because Digicel cuts
out, they make do.

And on these people, Jamaica rides into
disaster.

Golding takes us for Idiots

In August 2009 Bruce Golding, assuming the
people of Jamaica were stupider than he was,
began his mendacious plot designed to protect
not just Chris Coke, but to protect himself.

If his project was simply to prevent the
extradition of Chris Coke to the United
States, to stand trial for drug charges,
there were myriad ways he could have ensured
Coke's safety.

The easiest was having him quietly transported
from Jamaica to Brasil where once ensconced,
the police could be activated, and finding no
Coke, Golding would be able to honestly tell
the United States, he is not here.

Reports from Coke could be circulated that he
wanted to watch the 2010 World Cup from Brasil
and had gone down extra early to set himself
up comfortably.

Even though the United States learned Golding
was corrupt before the majority of Jamaicans,
(which is why they leaked the extradition request
to the Commissioner of Police, who has integrity)
they could never prove Golding told Coke to disappear.

Golding could put on his patented 'innocent' face
and lie. No one could prove that Coke had been
forewarned, so the matter would float away.

But Golding, thinking Jamaicans were stupider than
he is, began the process of stripping naked on the
wrong side of one way glass.

Golding, poor thing, never knew that any American
citizen who works for a foreign government must declare it.

Manatt, thinking it had been legitimately hired by
the Jamaican government, proceeded to act.

Why should it not think it was hired by a 'political
party' as Golding tells it, (now that he tells it, but
he never told it between August '09 and May '10)? as
no less than the Solicitor General and a member of
Government in the meetings.

That the money was 'washed' through Harold Brady's Account
is not that shocking. After all, Brady is a lawyer and
lawyers disperse funds on behalf of their clients.

Of course, the fact Golding lied about receiving the
Extradition request, lied about hiring Manatt, probably
lies about what he eats for breakfast is to be forgotten.

Forgotten in the blood of Tivoli, forgotten in his war
against the higglers, many of who live in Tivoli, forgotten
in his establishment of a Commission to Inquire into the
events surrounding the hiring of Manatt.

Like Oscar Wilde, Golding is building the case against
himself.

There must be questions asked of Manatt, questions of the
solicitor general, of Brady, and the ex-Commish of Police.

What Golding wisely ceased, was his threat to sue the ABC
news network, which leaked the fact the Grand Jury of
New York, which indicted Coke, listed him as a Criminal
Associate.

The Prime Minister of Jamaica is a Criminal Associate of
Chris Coke.

Oh how Bruce must of wished the Police killed Coke.

The Harbour View Disaster

A tropical depression that does not even have a name
causes destruction across the Jamaica.

Much of the destruction was 'Man-set". That is, if
one creates particular situations then any natural
occurrence , be it rain or storm or earthquake will
cause far greater damage than it would if it had not
been "Man-set"

The Hope River separates the Eastern part of St.
Andrew and the Parish of St. Thomas from the rest
of Jamaica.
There is no way to go from St. Thomas to Kingston.

A bridge stood across the river for decades.

Because much of the water was used in the
reservoir the river bed was usually dry.
But like most dry river beds in Jamaica, they
become raging torrents after a heavy rain.

Some are more prone to incredible surges than
others; and for decades, those government
members who were responsible had set a policy
of constantly digging down the river bed,
packing the sides, just in case

Of course this aspect of public works is the
center of corruption in Jamaica.

Just as the Mafia controls public works in
America, so that there is never an 'Appian Way',
a road built by the Romans still in use.

What the Mafia wanted, and got, was permanent
work. Permanent road repair contracts in which
most of the cost was pocket filling.

Jamaica has imitated that procedure so that
roads are never fixed, they are patched, and
those 'new roads' which take years to complete
don't last two years.

If anyone were to peruse a contract and
investigate its implementation, one would find
that three times as many workers are budgeted,
and the costs of materials are inflated.
Despite this, money must be grabbed by every hand.

Since 2007 Three Hundred Million Dollars has
filled the pocket of a particular contractor,
and the roads completed between 2007 - 2008
need to be redone in 2010 - 2011 in such
manner that they will last until 2013.

That it costs the tax payers xyz millions
to do this piece of road when in reality
it is 1/4th the cost for a better quality
is never examined.

Which brings me to the Bridge at Harbour View.

Because the river bed was not excavated but allowed
to turn into a pasture, the original bridge was
damaged. It was repaired and then largely destroyed
by Gustav,a tropical storm in 2007.

This storm would not have destroyed the bridge if
the river bed had been excavated and the banks packed.

A Bailey Bridge was flung up and a pathway leading
down into the river bed to carry heavy trucks was accomplished.

But there was no means of pocket filling with this
venture. The brilliant idea was to make the Harbour
View Road four lanes, and to remove the Bailey Bridge
so that everyone would have to cross the Hope River
by going into the river bed, which was dry.

Why this work was begun at the height of the hurricane
season, and why the fording was completely destroyed
is no mystery. Jamaica would be allowed to access
Emergency Relief Money to make the vital 'repairs'.

The Emergency Relief Money, begged from foreign donors
would make fine pocket filling as the Bailey Bridge,
removed in July would be returned to it's place and
all the money that was gotten from the Chinese to do
the Bridge and four lane highway would be double paid.

Workers would have to be paid again to redo what they
had done. Materials that were washed away would need
to be rebought and new and higher prices.

And the Government would get its cut to finance its
election campaign.

Spin

'Spin' is one of those concepts that until you
become aware of it, it doesn't exist. Once you catch it, you see it, you can classify
it, you know exactly what 'script' is being followed.

Recently, the JLP switched on 'Stumble, Shrug and
Smile.'(SSS)George W was a master of it. He'd
mispronounce a name, make a shrug and give his
shiteating smile. The effect was supposed to
be that the person or matter is so unimportant
it wasn't worth consideration. The tactic ceased
to work for Bush. People assumed he was an idiot
and couldn't remember stuff...a dry drunk.

The JLP has decided it can not remember the name;
Manatt, Phelps and Philips nor the name of PNP
candidates. This is supposed to make Manatt seems
so trivial, the PNP candidates of such little note.

It doesn't work. Not with the more intelligent.
For that is a feature the JLP has not recognised.
Not everyone has a double digit I.Q.

As Civil Society, be it Chamber of Commerce, be it
Church groups become more dissatisfied and aware
of Bruce Goldings true nature.

They have begun to appreciate that far from being
the urbane gentleman, he is a man of extremely
questionable morality. A man who can lie with a
perfectly straight face. Who has no scruples.

All the attempts to 'spin' recent events revolve
around "SSS", now that you know, you'll see it.

Who Paid Manatt?

Someone should have told Bruce.
Someone should have explained to him that American
firms must report their employment by foreign
nations (or governmental departments of foreign
nations.

Maybe use the term 'spy' so as to make him
get the fact that there is no way to lie it out.

Yeah I know Bruce is a great liar.
I know he's gotten by since short pants days
because he is so good at it.

However, he can't lie this one out.

Manatt claims to have been hired by the Government
of Jamaica and paid by the Government of Jamaica.

Since Bruce claims this is 'a lie' it is being
investigated.
In the United States.
By real people.
Who aren't Jamaicans.

The problem Golding faces is that he thinks the
whole world is Jamaica.

That every agency, every public servant, every
system whether in Washington D.C. or London, is
built on the same principles (or lack thereof)
that apply in Kingston.

He has no comprehension that some people are
actually honest.
Some people actually tell the truth.
Some people don't steal.
Some people are not for sale.

Sure, if Bruce had used some kind of 'local' firm
they'd have been die hard Labourites willing to
sell their children into slavery to please him.

But Manatt is Not a local firm.

There is no money that can drop, no threat that
can be used, no great 'I Am' to terrorise the proles.

Unless someone walked into Manatt with a brown
paper bag full of cash, then they were paid by cheque.

If they accepted a cheque drawn on Harold Brady's
account they are in a great deal of trouble.
Because Governments do NOT pay bills through proxies
unless there is an embargo.

As there is no embargo, (that is Jamaica is not
subject to sanctions so as to employ a middleman)
the cheque MUST have been drawn on a Jamaican
Government Account to prove to Manatt they were
acting on behalf of a Government.

Hence; if Manatt had been so reckless as to accept
money in a brown paper bag, or from a private bank
account, they are going to be put out of business
in America.

Would a major law firm, like Manatt, risk their
existence for $50k US?
(This sum is petty cash at a firm like Manatt).

Haitianisation; almost complete

It has happened.
Visitors now require Interpreters.

A police woman, proud of her 'langwij', told me
how business people hire interpreters.

Sitting in the court room as a police liaison
officer, (to explain why police do not attend
court)her smile was radiant.

Not just Japanese or Spanish visitors
but American and English need interpreters,
for they can not understand the 'langwij'.

And most Jamaicans can't understand them.

One has to laugh.

Why in hell would anyone want to do business
with Jamaica of all cess pools when they
can do it with Antiqua, Barbados, Trinidad...
there are twelve English speaking Caribbean
Islands?

Beaches as beautiful, if not more so.
Crime low, locals interested in education and
advancement, not sex and drugs and crime.

Why should anyone come to a failed state?

The police woman smiles, I smile back.
I don't care what language she and her
children speak or don't speak.

They aren't saying anything
anyway, nothing to listen to.

Do you need to know what the lyrics of that
song mean? Surmise; sex.

It has taken 30 years to go from English
speaking to non-English speaking. 30 years
to reach the level that visitors, be they
diplomats, businessmen, tourists, need to
hire an interpreter.

Haiti has claimed its niche as the poorest
nation in the Western Hemisphere; Jamaica
seems hellbent on challenging.

Keep 'em Stupid

1995 the single Telecom company, C & W, deigned
to allow Jamaicans to access the Internet.

Connectivity was offered free from April to November.

Between April and November the number of
subscribers was about 17%.

After November, when people had to pay for it,
the number of subscribers remained at 17%.

In August of 2010 Internet penetration is 17%.

Those who can afford it will use Flow others C & W.
Everyone anticipated what Digicel would do.

Digicel entered the market with an extremely overpriced
'4G' connection.

Whether Digicel banks on its name, or assumes there is
a lacuna with coverage or resistance to the other
providers; (primarly C & W, operating as Lime, it
is about to learn failure.

The problem with Connectivity is price.

Firstly, computers are ridiculously expensive.
Crap notebooks sell for over 65k.

Secondly, cheap connection, which was less than
$500 a month unlimited, (using a cell phone as
a modem)has been withdrawn.

This helpful service which was island wide has
been replaced by charges based on usage; that
is per Meg.

This was done to kill the service and prevent the
less wealthy from connectivity.

The average person who is interested will gain
Internet at school or work, maybe the library.
And that's it.

Unless they have a notebook and know the
'hot spots' or can hack into a system
there is no Internet for them.

As the majority of Jamaicans haven't been sold on the
Internet this is not a problem.

Although a pump attendant might have a Blackberry
phone as a status symbol he has never done more
than make and receive voice calls.

The good thing about having such a small Internet
community is that it is easy to keep the people
stupid.

The problem is, how stupid is stupid enough?

Some may aver the population is remarkably ignorant
of just about everything and as the desire to learn
has been destroyed, keeping Internet service expensive
is unnecessary.

Unlike China which has to censor and track Internet
usage, Jamaica is freed from that role of 'Big Brother.'

To have maintained 17% penetration for over 15 years
is testimony to the success of the dumbing down process.

Hanging Harold Out To Dry

Harold Brady has always been a pompous sort.
This is what made him such a useful pawn.
His own arrogance and self importance would
carry him along, and he would never ever believe
that Bruce Golding would use him.

I am sure Brady wasn't the first person Golding spoke
with, when he concocted the deception.
Others, not as fat on their self-importance would have
seen the worm in the fruit.

Simply put, any American firm which deals with a
foreign government must declare it. As Bruce was
planning on denying that the Government of Jamaica
hired Manatt, what better dupe than Harold Brady?
Set up Brady, give him 'authority' and when everything
goes ass over tea kettle, claim to know nothing about it.

Golding is known as a guy who will sacrifice anyone or anything
on the altar of power. One must never trust Golding. He is
one of the most remarkable liars...he can look into your
eyes, keep his expression and voice controlled, and tell you
the most unredeemable lie.

And if you act on it, he will slap his hand to his chest;
"I never told you that!"

When do you stop believing?

I made up my mind I would be virtually silent
during the first 18 mos. of Bruce's reign...
too often I blurt the answers to questions
so that other people never get a chance to
think...

Not this time.

I enjoyed the Extradition Request performance
by Golding.

Bold faced lies...fed to the public, which
licked it up like hungry pigs in the pit.

Everyone knows that American citizens and firms
have to declare when they work for foreign govs.

Manatt's declaration proved beyond doubt that
they worked for the Ja. Gov. If they had been
hired by a non-gov agency; i.e. the Red Cross
they would not be forced to declare.

Yet Bruce lies.
Lies that it was the JLP which hired the firm.
Lies that the firm was not hired for Dudus.

Manatt waivers...maybe more money changed hands.
But now, with it's own ass in the clamps, it has
to prove to the US Gov. it acted legally.

So who paid Manatt?
Gov of Ja?
Dudus?
If it is the Gov of Ja; well who authorised that?
We want our money back.
If it is Dudus...
would that be the so-called proceeds of crime or
would that be from the 300M of contracts the Gov.
of Ja awarded him?
And if it is from those Contracts, how were those
contracts executed?
Was one for the road that collapsed in Portmore?

Bruce lies so well, so honestly, and his band
of thieves back him at every turn.

Although some Veranda sitters have gone quiet,
others grasp onto the image of St. Bruce
because they really can't admit how well
they were played.

We Pay Dead People

"The Chairman of the Public Sector Transformation Unit Consultative
Monitoring Group has revealed worrying discrepancies in the civil
service. Peter Moses says the discrepancies include a system where
the names of dead people on the Government’s payroll."

I could of told him that.
Some are really dead and been dead for years.
Some are actually breathing but haven't been near the office for years.

The Jamaican Government actually was paying a blind security guard.
But hey...
this is a Kakistocracy, right?

"The head of Transformation Unit, Patricia Sinclair McCalla says an
audit is now underway to find the duplications on the Government’s
payroll. However, she says the lack of adequate technology in
Government’s payroll system is making it difficult."

Did anyone expect the Government's payroll to have even 1990 tech?
How could they steal if there was some kind of master list?

They also seemed to notice the exorbitant rents paid by Ministries
and government agencies.

Hmmmm...
bet nothing will be done.
Except firing enough people to make sure the Civil Service is
really inefficient.

Swimming in a Cess Pool

When you swim in a cess pool
You keep your mouth shut.

You try to get to the edge so
as to hoist yourself out.

But you do this quietly.
Because if anyone thinks you
are going to escape
they may assume you have some
information they do not wish
to be shared.

You do this quietly.
Because you never want anyone
to ever ask you about anything.
Ever.

When you swim in a cesspool
you have to know when to look away,
when to make it clear you weren't there.

You have to learn the value of sickness
which gets you off the front line when
the scene is going down.

You have to learn what not to say, when
not to say it, and how to deliberately
miscontrue.

You have to learn when to leave the room,
when to show up, how to appear to be part
of it all, while being pushed to the fringe.

You learn what positions you don't want,
which Boards you don't sit on.
Who is not to be trusted at any time
and who can be trusted with specific
information which isn't all that volatile.

If you think that 'Whistle Blower' legislation
will get you any more than a coffin, leave
Jamaica now.

Taking Videos of Police Murder is a Non-Insurable Risk

The chap who took the video of the police
killing in St. Ann...BE WARNED.

To step forward will immediately invalidate
your insurance polices.

I suggest you forget all about what you saw, where
you were, take the chip out and lose your cell phone, now.

In this way, you will be able to do little things like breathe.

Student's Loan Bureau

As is usual in a kakistocracy the very worst people get the big posts. Over at SLB this gal stepped onto the Gravy Train and was just recently kicked off.

She ran scam on top of scam and of course, the Board was blind/deaf/dumb as most Boards are. For never forget, in a Bureacracy it is everyone else's problem and no one does anything, unless some wacked out honest person is accidentally put on a board and the others have to pretend to have integrity.

Now if this gal got 0 pay in January, (caused she'd borrowed so much and taken so many advances) in February, even Forest Gump would try to find out how is she surviving on 0 pay. Nahhhhhh...that would infer that the Board was interested in more than the pastries.

Things got so bad that the Auditor had to step in, and alas, the PNP, knowing nothing except; "If the JLP wants to dump her, we have to protect", actually said something about her Fifteen Years of Service...as if for 15 years she gave service to anyone but the guy in her bed.

That she could have gotten the post makes you shake your head. That she was allowed to squat in it for so many years pales besides the fact that there was a Board, meeting once a month who knew, and did nothing.

You know They'd walk

So, get this part...the DPP wants the guy who
took the camera video.

Now you know if he betrays his identity his
life span ends in about twenty minutes.

Did anyone think that the police would actually
be charged?

I mean just because they were captured on video.
Just because we know who they are.
Just because we saw this cop kill this man
live and direct.
Does not mean that the Police will be charged
with murder.

The guy who took the video; I'm sure there are
a few choice charges to slap on him.
And he won't slip away.
He's not a Police Officer.

What It Got Is Worse

So-called Independence Day.
Going to Central because a nervous mother
calling every minute on the minute wanted
to insure her son was returned to the lock-up
at Port Royal.

Port Royal lock-up is among the better hell-holes.

So I went to Central.
One door was locked 'for security', and I came in
the other to confront what I'd called the underbelly
of a snake.

The JCF ranks way down; maybe the Ton Ton Macoute
or the North Korean Police Force is worse, but
it can't get much worse than the JCF.

The handful of useful intelligent police would be
off on a holiday, leaving the most useless idiots
available.

The Desk Sargeant at Reception needed me to stand
at a particular point. It was impossible for her
to deal with me unless I stood right at that point.

And this is a Sargeant of Police.

I then went to Flying Squad, which did boast officers
of triple digit I.Q.s.

They weren't there, and some moronic rejects sat
quivering as if something might happen.

They were as useful as an ipod for a dead man.

At the lock up the double digits needed
Identification from me.
Apparently those at the Bar Ass have these I.D.s
which a lawyer has to present, and I don't have one.

However, after about fifteen minutes it was proven
the accused had been returned to Port Royal.

Thirty years ago, when I first confronted Police
they were on par with High School Graduates.
Graduates of real schools, or those who could
read and write and reason within a narrow band.

Today, they are on par with those from lesser known
primary schools and should not be allowed any weapon
more powerful than a pea shooter.

I can deal with them because I can deal with feral
animals. But a normal person who isn't accustomed
to feral animals, who makes the mistake and thinks
that Jamaican Police are (in the widest definition)
human, may find him/herself with little pieces of
lead in their body.

It is here, with the JCF one comprehends what the
Poll meant.

The people like the State of Emergency because they
were confronted by soldiers, who apparently are far
more civilised than the police.

The people who supported the State of Emergency do
not support the police.

It is overtime to get rid of the JCF.

Firstly, create a number of specialised units
with highly trained and intelligent persons.

Secondly, begin moving the more repellent members
of the JCF to small footsoldier units under the
command of a responsible person.

Thirdly, create Parish forces so that each Parish
has it's own mini hierarchy, i.e. the Commissioner
for St. Ann.

Fourthly, with the various units which can be
deployed island wide, the rabid useless members
would not be on their own, constantly supervised
by those who trained differently and are not
'Squaddies'.

At this point the JCF would, in essence cease to
exist, and the ability to close down a particularly
offensive batch of police would be efficacious.

If you have to deal with Police, think of them of
psychotic wildebeests. And you might survive.

Obeah

The number of Jamaicans who really don't believe in
Obeah could probably fit on a few Tour buses.
The majority believes in this samfie.

Obeah is NOT a holdover of an African religion.
No Obeah man/woman can call the names of the African
"Obi" (gods) from which the name 'Obeah' arises.

No Jamaican can explain the connection between one
thing and another...because no Jamaican knows it
or cares to know anything beyond...Where da money dere?

The first time I actually slammed into this insanity
was when I was registrar of Gun Court and was requested
by the Judge to contact a lawyer who was absent.

The Lawyer, an excellent practitioner told me the people
hadn't paid even half his fees.

I stood on the veranda and asked who was there for
(name of the accused) and a portly woman pushed up
and I told her that she better pay her lawyer so
he comes to court.

Subsequently the lawyer arrived and within a few
minutes disposed of the case as the evidence in
the police statement was incredibly weak.

The man, who had spent months in custody was
released, (he would have been released on day
one if his mother had actually paid a lawyer
to attend).

I went outside seeing the mother in ecstasy
and she was exclaiming; "Him good, him good..."
to which I mentioned that the lawyer was known
to be very good.

She wasn't talking about the lawyer
she was talking about her Obeah man.

I said; "Yeah, man, he was the only one who
could keep a man in custody for eight months."

This woman had paid xyz thousands to some semi-
literate obeah man, and had to be forced to
pay x to the lawyer.

A few weeks later a man was shot dead at the
Gun Court when he went to walk out.

Although the police and warders called 'Halt'
he didn't stop because he had on his
'Invisibility Ring' his people had gotten
from 'Mother Campbell'.

Later the deceased's family went to Mother
Campbell's balm yard to get back their money.
The police had to be called to disperse them.

Most recently, my idiot neighbour started to
keep pigeons to protect him from 'Obeah.'

Despite telling him of the 30 different fatal
diseases pigeons carry, he didn't listen.
He got sick.

I told his wife to tell the doctor that he
kept pigeons.
She didn't.

When he came home on the usual furlough before
death, I told him to tell the doctors he kept
pigeons.

He smiled that depreciating way, because I was
too ignorant to understand.

I didn't go to his funeral.
Nor will I go to the one of his wife.

Now does any one wonder why Jamaicans are so
easily confused?

One and One Equals Two

Those who invested their souls into the JLP circus have been bending their brains into pretzels, trying to make what is unconscionable into acceptable.

They seem unable to appreciate a Treaty is a Contract between Two Governments, and that no one but a Government has the locus standi to bring any sort of 'case' whether lobbying or rejecting a position.

They can not believe that Saint Bruce lied about hiring Manatt to fight an extradition proceeding. And as Manatt said it was not Chris Coke who was the subject, then who was it?

Bruce Golding has been named a Criminal Associate of Chris Coke. This was published by ABC and tho' the Golding Administration makes squawks about suing, the fact is, they can do an Oscar Wilde if they are so minded.

The tragedy is the destruction of the intellects of those who so devoutly wished to believe in St. Bruce and his band of angels.

So You Want To Be A Capitalist?

Jamaicans are probably the worst business people
on Earth. If it isn't a monopoly it must lose.

If it is a monopoly people try their best to
avoid paying for the product/service. This is
because prices are set on HAP.
High As Possible.
A guy could run a cable for 2k.
He'll claim it costs 22K and charge the Earth.
A guy will raise the price of fertiliser to 2k
a bag from $50 and until people stop buying,
he'll keep raising.

A Jamaican will spend xyz on decor, and Zero
on training workers.

If it isn't the minimum wage waitress or clerk
which chases the customers, it's the moronic
manager and his/her idiotic 'policies'.

Foreign based companies with ex-pat CEOs can
grasp business opportunities. Even a semi-local,
that is a person who migrated here a few decades
ago, or is the child of those who did,
understands one sets their prices to sell goods
...seeing goods as 'Dead Money.'

Where a foreign minded owner will see that the
Whatsit is still on the shelves after two months
and drop the price,a local doesn't notice this.

Where a foreign minded owner will exploit its
rival's weaknesses and enter a 'price war', the
local will make sure he sells his goods for the
same price the other charges.

It is hysterically funny to watch a Jamaican
run a business. No matter what it is, he'll run
it into bankruptcy.

Where in other parts of the world, the location
of a business is a main asset, in Jamaica it is
the 'cheapness' of the rent or the fact they own
this building so will close the rented premises,
even where the location of the rented premises
is what gets the business, not the goods.

This Bank, for example, was the only one for
over twenty miles. It had a good customer base.
But as the premises were rented the Bank moved
to mid-ghetto and customers left in droves.

Duh.

This restaurant was popular because of its
friendly atmosphere and good prices. The
manager was replaced by a gal the owner was
boffing, and prices were raised to deal with
the fall off in business. When it closed it
was only the building that sold, for the
business had no value.

Capitalists know to maximize profits and cut
losses. Jamaicans don't know where the profits
come from and what causes the losses.

Many large local businesses make much of their money
renting out their space. The products are losses,
the services are accidental, the rent paid is what
keeps the business afloat.

You know they'll raise the rent, the tenants will leave.

A business (wo)man will know her customers, and when
one of them complains, it is cheaper to give him a free
whatever than argue about the complaint.
A Jamaican will have to be right, so will make the
customer wrong, so he doesn't come back.

It never fails.

We Want Oppression!!!

TVJ did a poll.
The overwhelming majority wants the State of Emergency.
The overwhelming majority wants the State of Emergency extended.
The overwhelming majority believes the Police behaved unprofessionally.
The overwhelming majority believes the Police exceeded their powers.

Four Thousand people were scraped up and detained.
Some were detained since May.
Some from June.
Some from early July.

Sixteen people were charged.

The overwhelming majority of Jamaicans believe that the denial of liberty from citizens is the price to pay for security. The majority of Jamaicans....
have no problem with Oppression.

The majority of Jamaicans are poor and likely to be picked up in a street sweep.
The majority of Jamaicans are probably sad that slavery was abolished.

A vicious rat

Cliff Hughes proves again he is one of
the best journalists alive.

Unlike those who question and bait, Mr. Hughes has
the acumen to perceive when a guest is going to deconstruct.

Dwight Nelson has always been a very small man with
a small man's mentality. He ought never have been
entrusted with any form of power, yet, is created
Minister of National Security.

On Impact the other night, Nelson seemed
to be channeling Hitler, with his loud blather
and rudeness, refusing to allow others to speak,
and slapping away the murders of citizens, their
denial of liberty with a smugness that was terrifying.

Eventually, the other guests, Peter Bunting of
the PNP and Suzanne Goffe of Jamaican's for
Justice realised Nelson would never shut up,
never allow them to speak, and dare they try
he would outshout them.

Hence, they resorted to speaking as if Nelson
was no more than a loud nasty sound system in the background.

Other hosts would have tried to keep Nelson's
hysteria in check, but Hughes, realising it was
more important for the public to witness the
character of the man who holds virtual life
and death over the citizens.

Mr. Golding has made a grievous error in
appointment. I suggest he get a copy of Impact
aired on the 22nd and view it for his elucidation.

With this kind of madman in the seat of power,
State of Emergencies turn Jamaica into Nazi Germany.

How It Happens

Every Tyrant enters office joyfully carried on the backs of
lumpen.

Every reactionary piece of legislation is supported by those who
have the most to lose.

Whether the Tyrant is Hitler or Mugabe, whether the legislation
the Gun Court in Jamaica or the Patriot Act in America, the
lumpen vehemently supports whatever will limit his rights.

Where the Intelligent considers how policies or legislation could impact on his or her life, the lumpen believes in a nebulous 'Them'
who will experience oppression.

"If they come for me in Morning..."

Do these mind dead morons prancing about as if a State of
Emergency is a good thing begin to comprehend what a police
state looks like?
Do they understand the base intellect of a police officer?
Do they understand that all cats are grey in the dark?

In civilised places the usual procedure is to gather evidence,
arrest and charge and detain.

In Jamaica the double digit cop flings unknown people scraped up
in a street sweep into a lockup and over a period of months finds
a charge, arrests, then gathers evidence.

Over 1000 citizens of Jamaica lose their liberty, and after one
or two or three months in custody, detained under this 'State
of Emergency', charges are now laid, arrests are now made, and
after one or two or three months in custody, these citizens
will face a Court which will see nothing peculiar about the
time of detention, and order the person returned to a cell, a
trial date sent a few months hence.

And after spending six months or so in jail, brought to Court
on the first trial date, where no witnesses appear, it is not
likely the accused will get bail.

Because the charge will contain the magic word 'Gun'.

Serving a two year pre-trial sentence is not unusual in Jamaica.

The Lumpen, those most likely to be taken up in street sweep and
incarcerated while a charge is searched for, are angry that PNP
did not agree to extend the State of Emergency for thirty days,
requesting rather fifteen.

During the State of Emergency; soldiers armed for Iraq up the
side streets, doing road blocks insuring any tourist will
understand that Jamaica is no place for a vacation.

Jamaicans have so fully embraced the absence of rights
that slavery could be reimplemented without much quarrel.

Manatt More

The fact that Bruce Golding lied about hiring the law firm, keeps cycling.
Of course, outside of a small population of persons who can define the
term 'morality', most shrug.
Politicians lie.
Rain falls.
Fire burns.
Politicians lie.

One wonders if Jamaicans really believe that the money to pay this high
priced American law firm came from the JLP coffers.

It is our tax dollars, it is from the Consolidated Fund.

I wonder how long it is going to take before some one actually does the
paper chase to find out where the money came from.

And the Law firm now claims it wasn't hired to deal with the Chris Coke
matter...um...who else? Whom were they hired for, then?

Bruce Golding?

The depths of Stupidity

With people as stupid as Jamaicans
one still is amazed at the abyss.
When Bruce sent the Gestapo into Tivoli one of the minor nazis
found a copy of the extradition request.
Right there on the Pressi's desk.

It was found, it was mentioned on Television, some little Nazi waved it around.

So now when the Ex-Commish speaks of how Dudus was alerted,
the current Minister of Insecurity threatens legal action.

This is because Jamaicans are too stupid to remember way back
last month
when the nazis found the document.

1984 has arrived in Jamaica.

Official Secrets

The Ex Comish busts.
Says what we all knew but couldn't prove.
The little rat who was appointed to be the Minister
of Insecurity is angry.
Angry because it is true.

When the little cops found a copy of the extradition
request in Dudu's office, how did they think it got
there?

Who did they think sent it?

The Reverand Al Miller

there are more churches in Jamaica than Rum Bars.
And there are a Lot of Rum Bars in Jamaica.

The usual Church is what is called 'Pentecostal'
which means there's a loud mouthed preacher
babbling crap over a mic to frightened
illiterate sluts and putz in the audience.

It is not a church where knowledge of Scripture
is necessary. It's a church designed to suck
people in and give pastor a source of income.

Anyone can be a Pentecostal Minister.

I say all this to set the scene for Al Miller.
Who is this Reverand?

He's a loud mouthed preacher as corrupt as they
come. He has a large following and is quite
wealthy.
He likes attention so does and says everything
he can to get the cameras in his face.

He made himself the Chaplin to the football
team, because this was a good way to get attention.

The Prime Minister, not known for his integrity,
appointed this guy to a virtual integrity
commission to deal with Values and Attitudes.

This Commission met in the Prime Minister's Office.

When Al Miller was stopped on the road by the
police, playing chauffeur for Chris Coke...yes,
that Chris Coke, known as Dudus, wanted by the
Police, the subject of an Extradition Request
since August 2009, he told a facile lie.

That it was a lie was evident.

Firstly, for him to be 'bringing in a fugitive'
without telling anyone is not something one does.
One informs some high enough ranking police
officer, who then will inform the others, and
all arrangements are made to receive the accused.

The Commission of Police; Ellington, spoke to
his Officers to prove this was not done.

Clearing, Ellington is not part of the
'Inner Circle' and either doesn't know that
there is an Inner Circle, or does and
pretends he doesn't.

This Act alone is probably what will advance
his dismissal at some later date, because what
Al Miller does is sanctioned by the Prime
Minister.

That Dudus wore a silly wig suggests some
kind of disguise was deliberately used.
And one wonders how many other times as
Al Miller played chauffeur for Chris Coke.

The 'taking him to the American Embassy'
was on the face of it a lie, as the Embassy
closes very early in the day, this was
four p.m. and no one at the Embassy was
aware of this visit.

That Al Miller was subsequently charged
is a paean to the police. Uually, people
of his stature are not charged, and their
only use of the police is as body guards and go-fors.

Al Miller actually resigned his position
in the Integrity Committee.
This is the most shocking part of the
whole story.
This seems to suggest that there is some
sense of right and wrong within him, unless
the PM told him to do it, and he obeyed.

The prosecution is going after him with the
level of rightness; having established the
above points.

If he is convicted it will be a slap on the
wrist, because he is Al Miller.
Surely above the law.

Just another day in a failed state.

Oh Goody, We passed the IMF Test!

The Managing Director of the IMF is coming to Jamaica.
Oh Joy!
The Prime Minister is gloating.
We've passed our tests!

The JPS is running around cutting off the lights for
poor people, there are no jobs, prices have gone up
and businesses are failing.

Oh Goody!
We passed the IMF Test!

Business people can't find cash. Where 20k was nothing
to them five years ago, they have to pay that out in
tranches.

Everything is knife edge.
Managers man cash registers because they can't afford
to hire another worker.

Professionals are fighting over jobs they wouldn't of
sniffed at years ago, teaching courses here and there so
they can pay their light bill.

But we've passed the IMF Test!

Billions of dollars down the drain on building a highway
but figuring to recoup by charging exorbitant tolls, but
the highway is sinking.

Nurses and Teachers and Police complain about their pay
contra prices, and the government had no money.

But we passed the IMF Test.

I'm so thrilled.

Onward to Facism

When a government feels threatened, the reaction
is often to strip civil rights from those who
speak out.

The press is often excluded; information
carefully packaged before release. Laws passed
to make reporting on certain issues illegal.

Lawyers are often constrained by various
regulations to keep them from their clients,
or from viewing certain proceedings so that a
trial is more show than real.

Bills are placed before Parliament which will strip
rights from citizens in return for better 'security'.

The term 'security' has been used by every fascist
state as their reason for assuming more power.

This 'temporary' condition lasts forever, and people
become accustomed to having less rights. Taking the
constriction as the price they pay for safety.

The Bruce Golding government is a textbook example of
the genesis of a fascist state.

By refusing to extradite Chris Coke in August of 2009,
Golding granted carte blanche to those supporters of
Coke who needed to firm up their control of various areas.

Crime increased and it seemed that the police were
'powerless' to do anything, as the communities chosen
were often remote.

Why Golding protected Coke from August 2009 to May 2010
will be uncovered in time. Speculations abound, many
close to true.

When Golding decided to go after Coke, it was not
Chris Coke qua Chris Coke he was going after.
It was to create a situation in which he could declare a
State of Emergency and gather more power to his chest.

The public, frightened by events had made the less aware
believing civil war eminent so were pleased to get a
State of Emergency.

A clownish PNP MP named Sharon Hay Webster actually
requested one be engaged in her constituency.

This is to prove the efficacy of creating a situation of
fear and then offering unnecessary force to suppress it.

Fortunately, the six crime bills that Golding had desired
to pass (which is part of the reason why the Coke situation
was created)were defeated, because there are still those
with working brains in Jamaica, who 'got' the facts right.

The lies being fed to the Jamaican people by the
Minister of Information, Douglas Vaz are not eaten.
This is because Golding does not appreciate that
every time Vaz goes to lie he breaks eye contact and twitches.

The viewing public sees this and knows that what is
coming out of Vaz's mouth is garbage.

As Golding has a dearth of useful flunkies, he appoints
a rabid rat, Dwight Nelson, as his Minister of Security.
This is a guy so physically pathetic one knows he has
never held power before so will behave as one can expect
from an angry victim.

Golding's plan is to suspend elections. He's softened the
public up with the Coke debacle, and will, in about a
year, have another incident, which will allow him to
avoid calling elections, so he can cling to power and
fill his pockets even further.

Rather odd that the PNP left office with full coffers,
and within 18 months of Goldings arrival they were empty.

Now that Chris Coke is out of the picture, there are
others Golding will go after. Fortunately, he stays
amongst his own followers as he appreciates going after
PNP supporters will result in opposition.

Keep your eyes on Jamaica.
You are seeing how it begins, how it is fed, and will see
how it manifests, as Jamaica joins Zimbabwe.

Apologists

They try so hard to justify, explain and clarify
what they don't know.
They try to get myriad pieces to fit, when they come from different puzzles.
A few can look and match, and get it.
But most continue to explain, to justify, to make it seem that Bruce Golding
is not a power hungry fascist who will do anything to hold power.

Like an abused wife, remembering when hubby was a sweet gentle boy,
so too the Veranda Sitters, holding that image of the sophisticated soft
spoken Bruce, who captured their vote.

Dudus, The Reverand, and Vaz; oh My!

On the 23rd of June, the 'Reverend Al Miller',
the archetypical loud mouth samfie man, was
driving in a car with Christopher 'Dudus' Coke.

The Car was travelling from Spanish Town towards
Kingston. Dudus was wearing a silly wig.

The Police stopped the car and Miller told them
that he was taking Dudus to the American Embassy.
The Police took Dudus into custody and drove away.

Al Miller works IN the Prime Minister's Office.
Al Miller is elevated to some level of Saint
by the Prime Minister.

Al Miller was driving with Dudus who is wanted.
Dudus is Wanted because the Prime Minister
said so.

The Prime Minister, the same Prime Minister
who has an office that Al Miller works in,
decided to sign the Extradition, send in
the Troops and kill whomever got in the
way for Breathing.

All in his search for Dudus.

Dudus could not be found.
Police and Soldiers could not find Dudus.

People were killed, homes searched,
confusion reigned.
No one could find "The Fugitive."

But riding in a car on a rainy Tuesday
afternoon is the Reverend Al Miller, who
works in the Prime Minister's office
and Chris Coke.

The Police stop the car, take Dudus
into custody.
Al Miller continues on.
After all, he's a big Preacher Man
who works in the Prime Minister's Office.

The Commissioner of Police, sometime later,
requests that the Reverend Al Miller attend
the police station for Questioning.

Al Miller arrives the following day at around
2 pm. When it is convenient for him.

He is questioned for a while then goes home.
After all, he's a big preacher boy.
Al Miller, who is driving with Dudus, claiming
to be taking him to the American Embassy; (no
evidence of that) without telling a soul...

The following day Dudus goes to 'Court' at
Harmon Barracks since he's so 'dangerous.'

Used to be the Prime Minister's campaign manager
a chap whom the PM said would not be extradited.

Such a dangerous criminal the Court must be
held in Harmon Barracks.

Dudus does not contest, wants to go to the U.S.

He is given over to American authorities.
He is taken to the airport.
He flies to America.

Al Miller is charged.
Of course he's bailed.
He can come to court when it's convenient.
He goes back to work at the
Prime Minister's Office.

Vaz, the Minister of Information, mumbles
about how he knew...but can anyone believe him?

The Americans are not answering questions.

Dudus is in America, the Police on 'High Alert',
the State of Emergency Extended.

Living in a Kakistocracy can anyone be suprised?

Stupider than believed

That Golden sent in the milita to kill and destroy Tivoli Gardens, that he's sent batallions to search houses of JLP dignitaries, does not mean the idiots who support the JLP will not vote for him, again.

Jamaica has suffered incredible brain damage over the past generations, so that the old man who went to an All Age School is often more erudite, literate, and intelligent than the University graduate.

The No Confidence Vote

Yesterday, as the Prime Minister rose to dissemble, the TV cameras switched off and returned to regular programming. This is the level of disrespect and dislike this character has reaped.

He will stand as the worst prime minister in Jamaica's history.

Today the Police searched the Mayor's house for wanted men. The Mayor of Kingston. This is the respect the unleashed police have for the elected officials. Why don't they search Bruce's house? If Dudus is anywhere, that's where he should be.

Of course all the JLP are just as culpable. They didn't vote for No Confidence. They, like the trained baboons they are support Bruce. No one person of honour.

So Jamaica continues to spin down the toilet.

Where Dudus deh?

The lies have started, inventing more weapons, less bodies, stories.
Stories.
The police and soldiers went into Tivoli as if they were US Marines looking for Osama Bin Laden. It was only to execute a warrant ... to come to Court. To face Extradition Hearing.

So why?
Why were the police/soldiers behaving as they did?

It will come out, and won't be pretty.

The Bodies in the Unmarked Grave

It is Friday. For One week we have had Jamaican soldiers and police playing Yankee vs Taliban. On the streets of Kingston. In the Constituency represented by the Prime Minister.

The previous leader of the JLP, Edward Seaga, went on Television last night and said everything that the PNP, (the Opposition Party) was reluctant to express for fear of being charged with 'Opportunism'.

Everything seen on the streets of Tivoli was unnecessary.

Firstly, there was no reason for Bruce Golding to sit on the Extradition Request for Chris Coke, as if it would go away. As if the Lobbyists he hired would be so powerful as to convince America that a person they believe is the most dangerous man in the world, should not stand trial.

Why Golding did...? There's a statement by ABC that Golding himself is a criminal associate of Coke. This is possible. After all, Coke virtually paid for Golding's election. Coke was the virtual campaign manager, and Coke controls Golding's Constituency.

Duh, ya think they know each other?

The fact that during Golding's refusal to extradite Coke violence, gang violence reached incredible proportions is attributable to the Shower posse firming up its control.

So now Golding, afraid of America issuing a warrant for his arrest, sends the police and military to kill his own supporters as saying; "Hey Look! See!"

The murders are not unexpected. What is unexpected is that the police and soldiers would be dumping the bodies of human beings who voted for Bruce Golding into unmarked graves in May Pen Cemetary.

Dumping the bodies, without any semblance of proper burial, like infected livestock.

Of all the offences Golding has committed, this is the one that goes beyond simple political expediency.

Invasion of Tivoli

They invaded Tivoli.
Let a couple days go while they amassed troops
then entered
Rumours of using planes to drop bombs
use of grenades
all looking for the Prime Minister's friend
supporter, financier; Chris Coke.

I learn the US has Golding and Two Other Cabinet Ministers
are being Investigated for attempting to block the probe
into Coke's affairs.

He's probably not in Tivoli
which is why Bruce sent in the Troops
31 dead
so far.

State of Emergency declared in West Kingston

State of Emergency declared four hours ago in West Kingston..
Tivoli.

Hannah Town police station burned to the ground, Denham town
fired upon, police car stolen, police shot at...
and all by the electors of Bruce Golding who can't even
go into his Constituency.

Said that Dudus will turn himself in; directly to the Feds.
Even he disses Bruce.

Riots and Liars and Warnings, Oh My!

So Bruce decides he's going to have Dudus extradited. Tivoli starts its excitment, and as usual, Law street panics, spill over on Duke Street, and everyone is running for the hills.

That is called Monday.

Bruce comes on TV and apologises for getting caught. Dumb little Brucey didn't know that when US firms deal with foreign Govs they have to publicly admit it. Duh.

Then we have Tuesday which is barricades demonstrations, and everyone going ass over tea kettle, which continues.

On Thursday, due to the bullshit the cops have dropped about people being held hostage and their cell phones taken away, and other useful lies, the females of Tivoli march on down town.

If it is a choice between hungry polar bears and the women of Tivoli, well, it's even.

So they scream, tear themselves out, show their cell phones, and claim they will die for Dudus. Considering the size of these women an elephant gun would not be overkill.

This continues.

It is Saturday night.
Tivoli is barricaded and their Member of Parliament, Brucey poo, who happens to hold the title of Prime Minister, (about as important as student government President) can't do a bloody thing.

He can't show his big face in Tivoli; that's a non-insurable risk. And if the police go in, it will be an island wide blood bath.

Bruce Golding

There isn't much of a shock, for those who know Bruce Golding that he would lie, mislead, and otherwise engage in nefarious practices while portraying the courtly gentleman.

During his years as Member of Parliament for Spanish town, his protection of his gun men was absolute. There is no question, for he himself, in his attempt to fool the Jamaican people made a renunciation of his past, is if it were acting on instructions.

When the US requested the extradition of Chris Coke, (Dudus) is first response to to suppress this. When it was leaked, his second was to act as if he were ignorant of it and that it was the responsibility of his Attorney General. When after months of nothing, he came up with an Academy Award deserving diatribe for justice, the fact it had taken him so long smacked of recent invention.

As he is far stupider than he portrays he was unaware that agencies which do business with foreign governments have to so admit, so he was quite shocked when the so called secret dealings with an American law firm came to light.

As days passed, as more evidence mounted, he found that his patsys were not willing to take the bullet, and finally admitted that he hired them.

Months of pretending he didn't know about the extradition request, months of pretending he didn't know about the hiring of the law firm, finally he admits. He hired them.

Labourites scamper looking for umbrellas, trying to explain and express and justify, while others call for his resignation. As Bruce is not nor ever was honourable, one can not expect him to step down or call elections.

Even were the United States to declare Jamaica a rogue state, Bruce Golding would not step down.

Dumbed to Dormant

In the 1970s Michael Manley made the Schools free. Primary to University were free and entrance was based on merit. Those who wanted their children to attend particular schools could pay for the privilege, most would accept where their children were sent.

As heretofore schools were for the upperclass, aspiring middle, and as teaching was a decent profession, (and parents who sent their kids were often as well educated if not more educated than the teachers) actual teaching went on.

Those who were out of school could attend Jamal classes and be taught to read and write.

The PNP had 'political education' classes so that the members would know what the Party stood for, what they were actually supporting.

Although Michael might have thought an educated population would insure he would remain in office he never contemplated the underthrow by the CIA and Seaga's willingness to engage in guerilla war.

The PNP lost and slowly the educational system was dismantled. The pay for teachers which had been respectable began to fall to the extent that being an administrative assistant in an office paid better. Good teachers were headhunted by private industry.

As qualifications for everything went up, teaching stayed down. Very few persons are in the classroom who have attended University, save those who teach at University who graduated last year.

Many of the Department Heads are idiots. The moron in the English Department encourages other people to speak patois. The one in the Computer Science Department has to call in outside agencies to fix the computers where at a Computer training centre the students fix the computers.

By 1990 the population is stupider today than in the 50s. In the 50s, people who went to 'All Age' schools didn't leave until they could read. It is not surprising to see old men who never saw the inside of a High School able to read every word in a newspaper and discuss the day's affairs with knowledge, while the schooler in uniform not only can't read but doesn't comprehend what he reads.

By 2000 the statistics reveal that less students pass the easier CXC exams than those who passed the G.C.E. (set in England) in 1970. In fact, in 1990 the pass rate of the English G.C.E. was 23%, having fallen significantly for ten years. In
2000 the pass rate of English CXC was 17%.

The language has moved from English with a few pidgen expressions and misuse of tense to a gibberish which is almost incomprehensible.

Not only can't the average Jamaican speak English, he can't understand it. This enables them not to be able to follow instructions given in English to their own detriment.

Because of the wholesale dumbing down, the Bruce Golding government is enabled to lie, deceive and bring a country from a reasonable position as developing to a failed state, a failed narco state, soon to become a rogue state.

How Jamaica Got to Be a Kakiscracy

When Jamaica first gained so-called Independence it was not as stupid as it became. It realised that a lot of the Brit stuff was good, and kept it.  The Brits who were running Ministries would soon complete their contracts, be replaced by locals they had hand trained.

It took ten years for Jamaica to go into the kind of Chaos when Shearer, the Prime Minister did the usual overreaction which got the majority angry.  With Black Power all the rage in America in the late 60s, early 70s, with the revolutionary spirit bubbling up, Michael Manley stepped in.

Unfortunately, there was a lot of political violence, and a few big people got killed. Because governments tend to overreact, in 1974 the Gun Court Act and Suppression of Crime Act unanimously passed and became law.

Whatever was said as to why these laws should pass, what happened is that the population was disarmed, anyone accused of possession of an unlicensed firearm or bullet went into prison on 'indefinite detention' (later changed to life) and the gun itself did not need to be recovered.

The Suppression of Crime Act gave police absolute unfettered power. Habeus Corpus was forgotten, Search Warrants were unnecessary, and from 1974 until 1990 Jamaican police behaved as the Tonton Macoute of Haiti.

Anyone, anywhere, could be searched at any time and anything found was chargeable.  By the time the Suppression of Crime Act  was abolished, a cadre of police who never knew better remained unleashed on the Jamaican population who had no rights, no recourse.

Suing Police often resulted in failure. No police officer has ever been convicted of murder.  The evidence is unimportant.  Police are not convicted of murder.

During the period of the 1970s to the present, 2010, Political leaders had their cadre of gunmen.  These people were somewhat above the law.  Often being able to amass great sums of money on drug deals, they could kick back to their 'leaders'.

Further, it was who you knew, not who you were.  Being the superannuated lover of some Parliamentarian insured that either you were run as an MP for a 'safe seat' or got some big job and big pay and no work position.

Over time, the workers with integrity were replaced by those without, so that many Permanent Secretaries, who had taken office in the late 60s would retire in the 80s, be replaced by those who retired in the 90s or 00s, so that most of those holding high office never worked under the British nor the first local official.

The kind of innate corruption of these people is only matched by their incompetence.

As there was never any real check or balance, as Brits had a sense of morality and dignity, which Jamaicans do not, anything goes until stopped.

The head of the Bank of Jamaica got higher pay than Alan Greenspan.  The kind of obeying political directives, permeates all aspects of government, so that no one and nothing is neutral; it depends on what one has to get what one gives.

By 2007 Bruce Golding came into office impersonating a statesman.  He ought of gotten an Academy Award.

People actually believed he was clean, he was honest, he could govern, and at the very least, knew what he was doing.   It took two years for them to realise he was corrupt, incapable, and had no idea how to govern.

When America asked for the extradition of Chris Coke it never expected to be denied.  After all, the evidence was there, and the request was one of a slurry that had been made over the years.

No one wanted to believe that no only would Golding not give up Dudus, (his area strong man) but hire an American legal Firm to dig through the Treaty.  And of course, deny it.

As Jamaica slips to a Failed Narco State, the people are distracted by taxes and all sorts of barriers to achievement.  The IMF agreement is probably the worst that could be made, but no doubt, Golding is getting something in the deal.

In 2010 Jamaica, which was once the shining star in the Caribbean is now fighting for last place with Haiti.

Getting Worse

The Washington Post has picked up the story.  Pretty evident that the Golding Government Hired and Paid for a local American Law Firm to fight the extradition of Dudus.  It isn't a private matter any more.  The whole world knows Jamaica is a Narco State where the Prime Minister endeavours to protect a well known 'Don.'

You have to laugh when you see Brucie.  Looks so very decent. Suit and clean shaved, and speaks so 'honestly'.

What makes matters worse; pretending they can be worse, is that Bruce doesn't seem to catch the fact that he is caught. Like any fraudster he thinks one more lie will get him out of trouble.

One more lie, one more denial, one more indignant pose.  Poor boy, he's not dealing with illiterate and semi-illiterate morons who can barely understand standard English.  He's talking to America.

Alas; he can't even play the race card, cause Obama is blacker than he is.

So what are the facts?

1) The United States wants Dudus
2) Bruce will sooner send his daughter into a male prison
3) He tried to cover it up, lie, but it came out...the U.S. wants Dudus
4) His reasons for not extraditing Dudus are bullshit
5) He hired an American law firm, and has been lying about it since it was revealed to the public.
6) The Law firm has to face US scrutiny, hence has admitted they were hired and paid for by Harold Brady, a lawyer deputised for this by the Government.
7) The Law firm did attend a number of meetings on behalf of the Jamaican government.
8) Bruce is still lying about it, tho.

Living in a Kakistocracy...can I be surprised?

Exploit the people

If you lived in a real country, and it had endless sunshine, and the coast had endless breeze, and you didn't have oil, the idea of solar and wind would be knee jerk.

Unless if you lived in a Kakiscrisy where a foreign company owns the single energy producer, JPS.

There was a time Jamaica owned the Jamaica Public Service Company. Of course, selling it to some foreign company would enable those in power to buy property in Boca Raton, so who cares about the people.

You have to laugh or throw up.

The basic electricity bill is 2/3rds a weekly salary.  That's for a couple of lights, maybe a small fridge and TV.  Spending 5k on electricity is not strange if one has a deep freezer.

Companies spend over 100k a month for electricity, so one can see that implementing solar/wind; letting people have their own panels, their own turbines, even selling back the excess is  a no brainer.

You want to understand that just getting a bill allowing people to have their own electricity producers through Parliament is a Herculean task.

Why?

Kick backs.

There isn't a company operating in Jamaica today that doesn't kick back a nice chunk to government.

Either/either

Labourites come in two sizes; (those who are still identifying themselves as Labourites).

Size one is; no matter what govenment would be in office the same things would happen.

Size two are those who will attempt to explain why something was done as if they have some direct link to Bruce's study.

Size one people have no comprehension of reality. They could have been in a coma for ten years. They want to believe that there was no money, (even though the coffers were full when the PNP left office). They want to believe the US/Europe meltdown effected Jamaica, (even though the vast bulk of our money was invested in Jamaican Treasury bills as they paid more than even Bernie Madoff). They want to believe that there has been a recession, (although Tourist arrivals went up and have remained up.) Similar to 'Denial' Size One people believe if they repeat bullshit often enough it turns back into food.

Size Two people try to intellectualise. They assume that there's some plan and that the JLP is following it. They alter this hypothetical 'plan' as debacles occur, thinking that it was supposed to go this way; imputing brilliance where there is blundering, imputing integrity where there is corruption. Assuming that Bruce 'didn't know' when some nasty bit explodes in his face.

Both Sizes however, have to vote for Bruce when he runs again if they want him to get another term. Unless there's a windfall three months before election, they will simply not vote. For somewhere in their psyches they have to know that Bruce really doesn't have a clue.

Mi Neva No

The title is a patois incoherence meaning, "I didn't know."
The reason I used it was to emphasise the kind of pathetic ignorance of the kakistocrats who rule Jamaica.

In the Summer of 2009, the United States requested the extradition of Dudus, Christopher Coke.
He controls Kingston. The U.S. considers him a drug dealer. An arms smuggler. Nothing unusual, nothing most Jamaicans don't know.

Bruce CAN NOT extradite Dudus, any more than the Columbian government could extradite Pablo Escobar. Bruce figured he could hide this request, and somehow get out of it. He had one of his people contact one of the expendable JLP hopefuls and retain a law firm on behalf of the Jamaican Gov. to find some loophole.

The public, aware of the request, aware of the Governments inaction, the Opposition making great hay of it, let Golding fumf around until March 2 when he made some nebulous speech as to why he wasn't going to extradite Dudus.

The U.S. cancelled a number of VISAs of Big People.

Then the PNP revealed the law firm Bruce hired to find the loop hole. First Brucie denies it. Then has to carefully pick and chose his words, because in the words of the title, he must admit 'me neva no' that all law firms which deal with foreign governments must make that public.

Poor thing.

The Law Firm has to defend it's ass. It can not let the disclaimer slide. The lawyer who did the dogsbody work is being set out to dry; as if he had no authority to do this and pay over a whole trailer load of money to retain the Firm. Which, BTW, sat in on discussions at the Highest Level.

So there's Bruce, proved a liar, a silly lawyer having to fight for his survival, other members of the government adding more lies to the fire, and the public, those who have slow brains, realising they elected a government as corrupt as they come.

All because, Dudus rules Jamaica and doesn't give a damn about Bruce, the JLP, the image of the country, or anything else. And doesn't have to.
