Wasn't Me
Although Bruce Golding is the Prince of Liars,
he is merely an average Jamaican.
Lying has become our standard and Shaggy's song
is more relevant as the National Anthem.
The funny thing about lying is that it proves
fear.
The famous "Truth Serum" is really a
chemical that removes all fear.
Because cowards lie.
Cowards will lie about everything.
Bruce Golding and his Dwarfs lie when to admit
would lead to no more than; 'oh.'
He could have told the public, in September 2009;
"America has asked for the Extradition of Chris
Coke, but I'm going to see if there is a legal
way to prevent that, because I need him here."
Coke's companies holds Six Hundred Million Dollars
of Tax Payer's Dollars for Construction.
Coke's companies got the tenders. Sure, it wasn't
fair, it was a pay off for support, but still,
Coke's companies hold the contracts.
This latest Wikileak about a meeting between the
Mayor, Desmond MacKenzie and U.S. representatives
where he tells them of the service Coke performs
in Kingston is obviously true.
It is true in two senses; it is true that the
Mayor met with these Reps, and what he told them
is true.
The reason people can function downtown, run
businesses, go to religious worship, is because
of the Security provided by Zekes and Dudus,
then, when Zekes went to prison, by Dudus
alone.
There is no robbery downtown. If something
is missing, a message to Dudus or his agent
will have it returned.
Where uptown they pay Wagenhut or Atlas, or
Nighthawk; downtown we give a man a money or
we sponsor an event.
When the BBC called me in May I told them of
the service Chris Coke performs downtown.
It is not a secret, it is not something I
am uncomfortable with.
This is Jamaica, this is reality.
That Mackenzie is afraid of it, that he
will lie about it, only lowers him in
the eyes of those who must look at him.
Every one knows the truth.
Whether a church or a clothing store,
whether a law office or a lunch counter
it is cheaper, safer and more effective
to hire the youth as your security guard
and deduct his pay from your Income Tax
then to waste money on some Security Firm.
Why Doesn't MacKenzie, erstwhile Mayor of
Kingston, admit that he said these things
to the U.S.?
Cowardice.
He is, as his master Bruce, afraid of the
truth.
What makes him such a fool is that he is
fully aware of the 'Street People Scandal'
which never would have gotten a minute's
note if someone had admitted the fact--
mad people were moved from the Tourist
Mecca and dumped near the mud lake where
they could be just as mad but outside
of the public eye.
It would be nice if someone in the JLP could
grow a pair of balls, or rent some, and
when confronted with the truth...
"Yes, I gave the order."
"Yes, I said that."
Instead of "I have no recollection of..."
I used to respect the Mayor, not any more...
let him go sing Shaggy's song.
